About Padang Golf Halim

Halim Golf Club (Padang Golf Halim) is strategically located just south of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in East Jakarta, making it easily accessible from the city center.

This 18-hole course, owned by the Indonesian Air Force, spans 6,048 meters and has been a popular golfing destination since its opening in 1971.

Cow grass fairways often tree lined. The course is good for beginners but offers decent challenge for low handicappers. Mostly a walking course but buggies are available. Very old school clubhouse. The course is owned and operated by the military, be careful who you shout at on the golf course 😉

“Wide fairway with big trees on the sides. No golf cart, but it was really nice to walk there. Reasonable price with huge discount on Monday. The caddies play golf twice a week so they are well trained and able to give inputs. I’d recommend you to book mas Fredi as your caddy ⛳️ 🙌🏻 “

“Wide fairway, professional caddies, and relatively modest price. I think this course is great for beginners with that reasons. You can only walk here. I’m not a fan of playing golf with a cart, so It doesn’t matter for me. This golf club is conveniently located, not too far from downtown. It took only 30 to 40 minutes by car from west Jakarta to the course.”
